Storm Jocelyn hit Carlisle but especially the hills north and south on the night of 23-24 January with most passenger services halted for most of the morning.
Locos were out route proving.
A DRS Class 86 went to retrieve a train of low level nuclear waste containers halted at Wigton - very rare to see these wagons and containers at Carlisle.
The Class 88 on the northbound Tesco intermodal arrived and departed on Diesel Power!
An MOD train passed through en route to Southampton.
A Nuclear Flask train heade to Sellafield with a pair of support coaches
