Brotha JC, I feel for T Steele. The very first rep you showed was an indication that he has lost confidence. He jumped outside and his man went inside. Physically, he looks fine. I think he's in his head. Now..... Look back at he play with the Ravens where he kicks outside. Did you see the hole open if Rico had just cut back? It happens often enough that I don't think he sees it. But that's another conversation. Great film work and analysis brotha.

I think this is astute. Looks like his mobility has improved over last season, presumably due to the injury healing further. But as you say, it looks like he might be in his head a bit. He's a good player, and I love his story. I hope he can turn the corner on this.

@@mojoschmee9320 I love his story too. Cause that dude was TERRIBLE. I mean Phil Pozderac terrible. (If you never saw him play, be thankful) He was Clay Shiver terrible. But to work himself to Pro Bowl level ..... I want that dude to succeed almost as bad as I want Dak to succeed.

I think the primary issue with Steele is work ethic, the dude looks the exact same way he did phyically his rookie year. Steele needs some serious conditioning, the dude just gets tired and leaves his feet behind him thats how he gives up sacks. Techincally, hes a top 10 RT in the league.

Maybe so but I'm not sure. He had to work really hard after his first year because he had a lot of improvement to make but it does seem like he might not be as gritty as he used to be when he was working so hard to get a spot

Steele is not powerful enough for starting RT and has sloppy feet...4 years and he still looks sloppy (body and technique).

He looks better from last year, but it seems like he has plays where he doesn't get to put hands on the guy hitting Dak. He needs to get his shit together if this offense is going to have a chance.
