I will say this: I really love Tyler's approach to the character, he does an excellent job and is a worthy successor, but it does suck that they took Newbern off the role right when he really seems to have perfected it. This is by far the best his Sephiroth ever sounded to me. His vocal tone was a bit reedy and thin back in the AC & KH2 days and I wasn't the biggest fan, but here he has a nice, menacing bass and rasp to his approach that suits the character far better imo.

I think he matched sephiroth perfectly in kh2 and advent children for teh characterization he had at the time. He evolved to be better in crisis core. Personally having tyler voice him just turns me off because it just sounds too edgy and young that it sounds almost like a parody.
