Glad to see how well your day went! Proud of you all : ) The plant at 14:30 with the purple/pink + green leaves is a Tradescantia Nanouk! Their sap is considered poisonous so it's a good thing it wasn't around with the kittens. For anyone interested in a pet-safe alternative, Polka Dot Plants have pink + green leaves and are non-toxic to dogs and cats!

Hi kya ❤ we are the Rainbow System, our littles relate so much to the littles in your system, one of our littles fronted during us watching this video and said that they like the same things as the littles, specifically the one who showed the designs on the cups, she's happy she found someone who shared an interest, you guys have helped us so much in our DID journey, and make us feel very validated ❤😊 Keep up the hard work! @@KpopLyricsandNightcore Be careful about saying you have different races in your system . You may be accused of cultural appropriation. I think it is silly because it was not a conscious choice if your child brain selected various skin tones and cultures, often a positive response to people you knew or or characters you identified with. I am proud to have a diverse system and applaud my brain for it. Children start out as colorblind. I think it is healthy. It sensitive adults who confuse your child brain as an appropriation . I like your system name.

This video was so wholesome! I don't have agoraphobia but I do struggle to leave the house consistently because being in public/around people drains my energy so quickly it often doesn't feel worth it. But hearing the phrase "we went outside and it was fine" made me smile so much, especially knowing that hasn't been the case for you in the past.

This reminds me of a series I saw on TikTok called “let’s not rot” or something along those lines, and it was someone pushing themselves to spend each day to the fullest instead of rotting away in their pain and grief. I’m making a second comment to say, I am just… SO happy for you! Hearing you talk about how suddenly you had multiple functional days and were overwhelmed and overjoyed to do what you want to do… my heart is just swelling for you. I’m in a similar phase in my own health journey, I know how that experience feels. It is a REVELATION, a deep breath of clean air after years and years of choking. Knowing that you’re having that moment to breathe, GOD you must feel so amazing. I’m actually crying tears of joy for you typing this. Just know that today, all our hearts are so full for you and seeing you make this kind of progress. You’ve survived so long and fought so hard. You’ve always deserved this, but this cruel world decided to make you work for it, earn it. But earn it you did. I hope everyone in the system can take a moment and feel some pride for working together to get things here. Everyone here supporting you and watching your journey… we’re all SO proud and happy for you. I’m gonna go take a moment and happy cry for you now. I can’t wait to see more of this new phase in your journey!

Love how you straightforwardly & without embarrassment state/explain your needs, boundaries & the things you can and cannot do, and how difficult some of those are & the accommodations you set up in order to do them {e.g. having other people and plans to get out the house}. It's reassuring and inspiring because we often feel that we are too much, unmanageable, or can't have a life for being sensitive, easily triggered, needing extra support, etc. etc. *We* aren't agoraphobic nor have chronic physical illness, but hearing you explain your difficulties, we were able to understand and empathise, and did not feel a desire to mock or belittle your struggles, but rather felt you deserve the space you need. Soo maybe the people who mock & belittle ours are in the wrong as well.

This has been a long time coming. We started watching your content years ago, we think 2019 but you know...amnesia. Your content was almost too relatable and it scared us. I never felt so seen, called out, and understood by someone I've never and will never meet. We stopped watching because your content was honestly triggering but that was because of our host at the times intense denial of anything DID. It was only this year through an incredible friend and professionals who actually listened that we came to begin our acceptance journy. One of the biggest things our previous host used against us for all those years was that other systems don't act like us. We can't have DID because we don't have it correctly. But you stating that even switching can look drastically different sent us into tears of joy. You have educated us, helped us comprehend each other, and made us so much less scared. We will forever be grateful to you and are in awe of your strength and endurance throughout all you have gone through. From, most, of us, Thank you.

So happy for you! Doctors often don't realise that if they listen to their patients, they can change their life. For them the appointment is another 15 minutes of the day, but for us it could be something life changing. It was like that with my psychiatrist and doctor from pain management clinic. They are both awesome and always listen. Finally I can live without constant migraine, it still happens but it doesn't hurt everyday. And what's most important for me in a doctor is when they say 'I don't know, I need to consult with others' because they are human and can't have expertise in everything.

This makes me so pleased for you all. We know how challenging med changes can be initially, but it's so good everything is working out for the best. I was given ketamine (in hospital) once for a migraine and it caused rapid switching. I'm so glad my husband was there. We switched 32 times in just 1 hour and we had no control because of the ketamine. The hospital staff just freaked and didn't come near us until the fluids had finished. My husband was pissed. It had made the migraine so much worse and they said we can give another dose of ketamine but my husband told them we were leaving.

This was very cool. I know it’s not every day, but you were able to function and heal a little and that’s just awesome. I appreciate all of your videos, not because I’m a multiple but because you’re just genuine and kind and interesting. Being all of yourself is reality, the learning is what I came for but being you is what I stayed for.

So much good stuff happening! Having good meds makes a HUGE difference. (ADHD, generalized anxiety and depression) I know that my world and yours are VERY different, but I'm so happy you're feeling so much better. And proud of you for saying "eff you" to your fears and going out and (seemingly) having a good time. Glad the littles were able to check stuff out too. Here's to more improvement, recovery, and thriving.

Very very proud of you all! We are going through intense treatments and healing journey finally accepting healing is not as scary as we thought. It’s very amazing to see others going through the same thing in their own ways. So very proud ❤ - E

This was great to see!!! I’m glad you all were able to go through with going outside, and that you’re all still full of energy! I’ve noticed ever since I got a new job that I’ve slowly been getting some of my energy back, and you all are such a huge help!

I feel so relieved for you that your doctors listened for once and you found some answers, like I know the struggle (to a lesser degree, obviously). But it's great to see you recovering and finding better medications and things to improve your lifestyle. The vlog was also very fun to watch! Your narration is very soothing. I also like to go to garden centres quite a lot. I love colourful flowers.

Having watched you for years it’s so exciting to see you all doing so much better now, you don’t know me but I’m so thrilled and relieved for all of you!! And very grateful I’ve been watching and learning as someone close to me has a potential DID/OSDD diagnosis being explored at the moment, and I’d like to support them to the best of my ability, and this channel has been a big part of that :)

I'm really happy that you're feeling better now! I was actually thinking about you today, because I really wanted to thank everyone in the system for making these videos! You guys are making a wonderful job! I have panic disorder and was struggling with not only panic attacks, but also with accepting that I have this kind of illness and how it affects my life. Your videos really helped me with accepting myself again. I have agoraphobia too (mild, but it's still there when there's a huge trigger), so I know how it sucks and how hard it is to get outside and do things. I'm glad you had a fun day in the garden center! PS I think it's not a ginger plant, but a ginseng ficus, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong

I was so happy to watch you enjoying this achievement! Joyful! Also, I just wanted to say that one part of the video was especially affirming for me. You talked about making your space inspirational and supportive in a way of leaving past trauma behind and this is exactly the situation I am in. I have a new home and I am making it the most loving and peaceful place possible that nurtures my soul. Being a very artsy and sensual person, this has involved purchasing things for my space and I have been feeling guilty about the money I am spending… BUT… what might look frivolous to some is essential for my own healing. So thank you for mentioning your plans for your office. 💜

Wow! The change is incredible! I’m so happy to see you thriving as a system. I also feel peace and serenity with listening to the water. I live on a lake and love to just sit and listen to the water. The Littles make me smile with their unique interest. The little porcupine was adorable and I’m shocked a little didn’t fully come forward! You all did amazing and I’m proud of you all!

Wow. What a breath a fresh air! Happy we were able to « interact » with the littles in a safe way. I always was curious, but I understood very well why it wasn’t safe for us to know a lot about them. Your vlog was very wholesome and soothing. Hope you continue getting better, I’m super happy for you guys.

Had a really rough and slightly flashback-filled day and I didn't realize a little was nearby until we started having a panic attack seemingly out of nowhere. Spent over an hour trying to find some way to calm them down as they couldn't seem to leave front and as a last-ditched attempt I remembered and decided to show them all of the plants and fish that you guys filmed. Still not doing great, but we aren't as shaky any more and I think it'll be okay to stand up. Thank you for being so open and sharing this

Things can change. ❤ I suffer with bipolar 1 / PTSD / ADHD and I just stopped my lithium last week bc of the side effects. Today, I have been on the couch all day. It was helpful to hear it can get better and what y’all had to say. I need to get back on it because I do notice how different it is.

My gatekeeper, Red, and I have conversations all the time like you have with Jade! We have a lot of littles in our system so he ends up becoming the unwitting babysitter. I remember one time though (I forget why Red wasn't around, I think he was dormant) I couldn't get ahold of him and we went to the museum that day and I ended up half-conscious with a two year old little fully piloting the body because he got excited by all the interactive train features lol We were with a friend at the time who is very loving and knows about our diagnosis so I was glad he got to at least enjoy himself but yeah! littles piloting the body can be pretty scary because you want them to have fun but you also want them to be *safe*.

I live with a family member who also has Reynaud's as well as fibromyalgia (very similar to CFS but with a bunch of pain) as well as a bunch of other illnesses. They can be incredibly debilitating and the fact that they are 'invisible' illnesses means that those who suffer from them often aren't listened to or taken seriously. The amount of times they have gone to the doctor only to have been told 'it's just your fibro' is infuriating. They also have to plan their days ahead as ordinarily 'simple' tasks like showering or visiting the doctor or grocery shopping will often exhaust them for the rest of the day. I am so glad DissociaDID are finally being listened to and that their health is improving! I can definitely noticed Kya being more animated in this video than usual, I think partly because they are so excited, I love it 😆
