Sir the realisation of asset which you said is wrong because according to cbse guideline it the question is silent the realisation of tangible assets like furniture, debtors are not realised to any amount. According to cbse the realised value should be given. Plz refer text ts grewal pg 8.8 . Sir u r the best teacher. A best teacher should not be wrong.
