Hi, i watched this the other day not really thinking that much about it really, just let it happen. then near the end my left foot started having electric shocks, i thought it was the way i was sitting. then you finished and i leaned back on my stool like i always do and a big crack at the bottom of my spine happened, it has never cracked ever before. i thought that's strange. and then about 30 seconds later it hit me. it was you opening my root chakra. i am new to chakras and a new reiki master, and like many thought it was all in my head... but it isn't. Thank you so much for that reassurance that reiki is real.

Thank you Andrea. I’m really surprised almost to the point that I’m afraid of looking at it. The Sciatic nerve is diminished up to now, since morning. I’ve been suffering with it a little bit over a year and today the pain was down maybe 10% remaining. It completely changes your mood. I feel blessed and I hope one day the pain is dissolving. 😘

By the way, I really love this video. Being an ADHDer I know that brain development has something to do with the spine. ADHDers often skip steps of physical development. That is what I did. I just was able to walk at some point. I love your explanation: build a strong foundation first.
