Okay I, an old man, just giggled like a little girl watching them play with Scruffy. Something about dogs, y'all. In all my years watching VLDL, this is officially my favorite video by them. The cast just using it as an excuse to play with Scruffy, *everyone* trying to be serious until DOG. Scruffy single-handedly taking on the entire orc army. Barking on command at the outro. Idk, I... I just love dogs in videos.

@@shadowheartart3898I’m the same. A cat person in real life but I love most pets in my games. For example in Fallout 4 you can lure and tame pets with the right expansion. I use it extensively so that almost every settlement I have has a dog in it. (The happiness and security boosts are incidental.) The bigger settlements that I’ve turned into major hubs I also bring in a cat. The Brahmin/cows just wander in on their own with no effort needed from me other than putting a trough down so they don’t wander around and get in the way. Huh. I’ve never really experimented with the other wasteland creatures that can be lured in and tamed. I think I’m going to do some experimenting with it. So yeah thanks for inadvertently inspiring me to do that. 😁

I’ve recently started playing Ark survival evolved and I’m far too fond of my first tame. One of those little venom spitting dinosaurs that killed the bad guy hacker in Jurassic Park while he was trying to get his truck free from being stuck in the middle of a storm. She’s weak of course so she’s effectively become a guard dog for my camp but she’s my first tamed dinosaur so I’m keeping her alive if possible.
