To everyone commenting about the "stupidity" of running out of gas: I remember a time in my life when I was literally scrounging for pocket change, counting pennies, and making sure every drop of gas came out of the nozzle just to make it to work. The stress of being broke in general, having your car's fuel gauge permanently in the red, wondering if the $4.87 you put in the morning was good enough to get you home... it isnt just that she ran out of gas. It is where she chose to stop after she ran out of gas. Your car doesnt just magically turn off when your out of gas. Yes! Adrenaline can mask our injuries very well. It’s how our bodies survive in the circumstance, but you still have to get checked to see what the adrenaline might be hiding. Head injuries are notorious for presenting delayed symptoms. I had a moderate concussion and I didn’t start fainting until 5 hours after I hit my head. Don’t even know how I was able to hold off passing out while I was driving home from the across town. Agreed. I used to be in the Ambulance Service in Australia, and one of the things I was told duing training was that if you're in a accident with 'only' minor wounds (such as this officer), to call for an ambulance to get checked out. You may have a minor concussion or a laceration that needs to be tendered to. The look on her face after getting out made me laugh. Thank God no one was hurt! A 15 min video showed not only kind, patient caring people. You actually saw pure gold hearts. From watching, the cop was worried about everybody else, before himself. The young lady concerns switched from, low on money to, is he okay? The witness made a U-Turn to check on the safety of the people and see if he could help with anything. The paramedics and even the tow truck company was there within mins. To top it off the cop had the one gentleman help the young lady with gas. Like what town is this?! Awesome people.

he perhaps was worried about the others because he didn't seem badly hurt but thought the others might be or the one dude might be in danger from dripping fluids

I agree with most of it except for the lady. She seemed rude from the start even though the officer was helping her get gas, and to top it off, she never even asked if the officer was ok.

@@hhasslinger9601 she honestly didn’t seem rude at all, was just letting him know respectfully that she can’t afford much. Seems like she just wanted to walk to the gas station to get some gas.

@@Bagnarsi She was talking on her phone when the officer was talking to her, completely interrupting him, and when the officer offered to have a tow bring her gas, she straight up closed the door on him and didn't say anything. She also never thanked the cop for parking behind her, which protected her, and also never asked if he was ok after the crash happened.

It's amazing how absolutely wrecked that driver's car was after the crash and yet he walked away perfectly fine without even a scratch. Modern engineering is fuckin incredible

Chevy, hard as a rock

@@pontiacgto1188 No, it’s precisely because cars AREN’T hard as rocks - carefully engineered crumple zones absorb the energy of a collision. A rigid auto body doesn’t absorb the energy.
