Sir....In the classification of Distraction Osteogenesis,Bifocal,Trifocal and Tetrafocal are all indicated in cases of defects and they differ in the number of transport segments..,But in which defect can we individually employ bifocal DO, Trifocal DO,and Tetrafocal DO Sir...???

there are no specific indications...but factors need to be considered are length of defect, shape of bone need to be reconstructed and surgeons expertise....
