If you both love each other, don’t try to break it. You don’t have to be perfect trust me! Just use your relationship to become better in your JEE prep (ask her to keep asking you about how many question you solve and stuff like that)

im currently in 10th grade and was very distracted till 2 weeks ago when i decided to quit video games, i have been trying to quit them for years now but the addiction still creeps up and the cycle continues, i used to play video games for 5-6 hours a day after school and barely got 1-2 hours of time to study, i tried all the methods to quit and they said to use moderation, play 1-2 hour on the first week then lower it to just 1 hour and then half an hour, but it did not work for me. finally i decided to totally quit them and never go back, now its been 2 weeks and i didnt play for a single hour, got more time for studies

it is normal...happened to me as well when i was in class 9th, happened again when i was in class 11th. The only way to get rid of it is to believe you don't deserve a girl right now
