In fort mcmurray AB condos went from $300k to $125k Newer condos with lower fees 400k dropped to 250 Single detatched Houses that were worth 700k down to 500k. 550k house down to 350k A 2 bedroom flat downtown sold for 90k in 2019. It must of been frigged inside for that price. I never saw pictures. But yeah prices fell a lot in the oil crash. The rest of canada seemed to be oblivious to how cheap priperty got out here. Its areasy gained back some from the 2017 to 2019 bottom.

Just under the bridge is a former tent city. There are some there still. Anywhere in Toronto is going to pretty much be an issue these days but downtown Toronto...terrible. Enjoy the unit and don't mind the smell.

Good purchase but where's the bedroom? That living/dining area is a compromise. It's difficult to put a sofa and tv in my opinion. Nice terrace though.

It's definitely small, as i mentioned in the video. In this case, my clients was a student first time home buyer who is not going to live inside of it for a long period.

Condos are extremely over priced in toronto. When the condo fees start going up it will ruin the property value every time fees go up.

That terrace does not have a balcony roof and will accumulate huge amount of snow. How would the condo owner manage this tremendous pile of snow? Does the terrace have heated floors?

Red flags: 1. Pronounced Toronto wrong 2. Pronounced strip "shhhhtrip" 3. "Student" (first time) buyer 4. The condo owner owns everything from the structural ceiling, walls, and floors. Don't need permission for finishes. Just permission to carry out noisey work. Stripping popcorn is not a "risk". 5. That hint of the BMW "Pairjan" accent

Toronto isnt New York city or LA and incomes are much lower than the cities that you mentioned and just an FYI in Toronto or anything within a 3-hour radius is ridiculously expensive 40 minutes away from Manhattan you can buy a decent home for about 500,000

@@NinjaWarriorDude416 yes I have. All of those cities you have mentioned have 100x more amenities in them, fun places. Those places don't compare to Toronto and/or Vancouver. Reality is Canada is as good as a 3rd world village.
