At a minute in you suggest that people are now selling because they can get extra $ for the condo. Although that may be true. Bank of Canada interest rate hikes also cause people to sell. Many having mortgages coming open must sell.

Yikes, this hasn't aged well. Condos prices have fallen the past year, and are continuing to fall.
