Me wife and I own our own cosmetics brand with a growing range of products founded in 2019. Over the first year (2019) of selling our products, we have, as you said, 'felt the pain' by trying out different distribution channel strategies. Our distribution channels, such as small distributors and selling from home, have so far resulted in small sells growth. We have also realised that placing our products in department stores next to the established brands will also not work out for us. So, we have decided (1) to sell directly those but, most importantly (2) we want to acquire a stand-alone make kiosk and place in big shopping mall walkways where our target customers already go shopping.
