District 6 cross country round 1 @ Evansville

Round 1 of District 6 cross country for 2023. My first race of the season, I placed 184 of 320 overall and 29 of 40 in c251+ class, except for the fact that I was unknowingly cutting the course short each of the first 4 laps. After the race was over, I informed the scoring staff that I had been following the wrong section of trail and I disqualified myself (not that I placed high enough for series points any way). Besides for that error, I feel that I rode really well, considering it is my first event on a bike.
