Constitution ல முதல் முன்னுரிமை மக்களால் தேர்ந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட அரசியல் பிராதிநிதிகளுக்குத்தான்... அதற்கு அடுத்துதான் இவர்கள் வருவார்கள்... என்ன தான் அதிகாரம் இருந்தாலும் சட்டம் இயற்றும் அதிகாரம் இவர்களுக்கு இல்லை.. அது மக்கள் பிரதினதிகலான அரசியல் தலைவர்களுக்கு தான் உண்டு.. அதை செயல்படுத்தும் உரிமை மட்டும்தான் IAS அதிகாரிகளுக்கு உண்டு..இந்த இரண்டையும் கண்காணிக்கும் உரிமை Judiciary systemku உண்டு..அதனால் தலையிடு என்பது இருக்கத்தான் செய்யும்.இது நல்லதா கேட்டதா என்பது அந்த பிரச்னை சூழ்நிலைகளை பொறுத்தத..சில சமயம் இந்த அளவற்ற அதிகாரம் படைத்த அதிகாரிகளே தன்னை கேட்பவர்கள் யாரும் இல்லை என்று எண்ணி வரம்பு மீறும் போது அன்று தட்டிகேட்க முடியும் ஒரே சக்திமக்களால் தேர்ந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட இந்த அரசியல் தலைவர்கள்தான்...சாமானியன் ஆனா நம்மளால் அதை செய்ய முடியாது..அதனால தலையீடை தவறு என்றும் ஒதுக்கி விட முடியாது... ஒரு விதத்தில் இது சர்வதிகாரம் மேலோங்குவதை தடுக்கும்..
