HI CHARLES , I am a new subcriber to destrokid after putting up a song in YT, the next song they ask me to update my card. i have tried all the possible card including my international credit card, it s get updated instantly but after a few minutes they credit back and says update your card. but all the 3 annual plan upgrade subscription is working i never got credited for those three subscription. now i cant upload any song without updation of card. i have wrote to distrokid about this issue but they response saying please try another card, or check with your bank to make sure your card allows for recurring payments. how do i fix this ?

Hello I have a question no one seems to have the answer to. I originally subscribed to the label plan (5 to 10 artists) then a year later by mistake, when trying to renew my subscription (I didn’t know it had already renewed automatically) they accepted my “second”payment as an upgrade payment and put me on the label plus account (10-20 artists)! So currently I’m paying a fortune yearly and every time a released is renew I am charged with the extras too. I’m desperate and don’t know what to do!!! So frustrating! I know the only way to downgrade is by canceling my current label account and subscribing again, but this time I would subscribe to the musician plus account. Do you know if I was to do this, will I have to pay for all the uploads individually again? I have 7 releases of my own and 26 from other artist. That will be a fortune for me to pay at once! Hopefully I can find someone with this experience to walk me through.

Well, from what I believe and was told , is that, there is no harm in using public domain lyrics of carols as my own copyright because the original writer of the lyrics no longer exists after 100 years but as for the music arrangement, I have already paid the music arranger for his work and the christmas album was done for my own charity project to raise funds for covid19 victims in Italy.
