@@Defender1876 What the fuck are you smoking buddy? Disturbed's Asylum album came out in August of 2010 during Obama's second (of 8) years in office. (Barack Obama held office from January 2009 to January 2017, two full terms back to back). Now admittedly there has never been a president named 'stump' but I'm going to make an educated guess that this is a play on Donald Trump and he didn't take office until 2017, almost a decade after this album came out.
