Immortalized just came out a few years ago, it's heavy as hell. And every single song is awesome. Some of the middle parts and breakdowns are absolute GOLD....diamond in fact. Evolution was great too, they needed a softer album to show off David's voice. They aren't a genre so what not. Lol. Can't have a singer like Draiman and never do some ballads. Probably my favorite song on the album. It best fits the criteria for a song that sounds absolutely like the old Disturbed but doesn't resemble a particular other song to a point where it feels reused. Basically sounds like an unreleased song from Indestructible. I absolutely dig the vibe and it has decent lyrics compared to other songs on the album. Draiman doesn't often use this specific register of his voice but it sounds so good.

I know my thoughts are different then many because i love all of your incarnations. your music is one of the steps that really drew me into metal when as a kid i didn't really like it. the thing that makes your music so special is not just the beat, riff and heavy notes but it is the story behind each song. that means i love every style you have done. all the way from when your music is heavy like down with the sickness to include the songs that most metal heads hate like your evolution album. I even love the music that is on your Device album. It has opened up my eyes to other bands who are within the Genre of metal. I want to thank you for that.
