I nearly had an astral projection a few weeks ago, I remember seeing a bunch of dancing entities and feeling like I was waking up but there was a weird ass sound and I somehow backed myself out of it before i actually left.. the sound freaked me out and the fact I felt I was waking up somewhere else was freaky

I don't know if this was sleep paralysis or anything but a few years ago I had a dream about a guy in a hat and a trench coat then I suddenly woke up but I could not move at all but I felt a presence in my room and I got dragged down my bed the funny thing is I didn't see anyone because I kept my eyes closed because I feel like if I would have opened them I would have gotten a heart attack of what I would have saw

The shadow people are often present whenever I have OBE's, lucid dreams and sleep paralysis. There intentions are usually bad. I have been raped several times by them. They seem interested in me sexualy and I have been traumatized by these experiences...but they might not all be bad. One time, in a particularly vivid lucid dream, on an impulse, I jumped into the body of a shadow person that had surprised me by being behind a door that I opened. I have no idea what caused me to do this nor did I even know it was possible. I became one with him and he took me on a lightning fast journey through other doors and windows in various houses until we arrived at our destination, which was a basement in a strange, creepy house. I believe that when you encounter, doors, windows, holes, caves, ventilation ducts, etc. that these are portals to different places in that realm.

@@SorrowsPrison unfortunately, I've only had one actual OBE. The majority of my experiences are with lucid dreams and most of these were spontaneous. The one OBE I had was while in prison. I used a technique for lucid dreaming called "wake back to bed" and was shocked when, for the first and only time (as of yet) that I was able to stay conscious through the entire "falling asleep" stage. It was terrifying and difficult not to try and force myself out of it, but I stuck with it because I had to see. I had to know. Through the door, I had to go.

One time a lucid dream turned into AP, were to be short, in a LD I tryed to pull a Foxconn and it worked and then I suddenly jolted out of my body in my bedroom and I flew around my room so fast I could not describe, so fast I’d consider it teleportation but it wasn’t and then I flew into the left wall of my room and starting flying over a massive field, the sky was a mix of yellow and blue and eventually landed on the moon, it was cold and pitch dark with roaring waters and I ended up drowning by falling into the water on the moon and waking up Any ideas?

Even though it's a two year old video, it's like he's describing my beginnings with astral, very similar. According to the narration, it is known that you have traveled many paths, and you have realized yourself how to solve these interesting paths, you have gradually solved how to deal with dubious entities. You did the same as I did a few years ago. Over time, a person realizes that he can use some paths for himself, and wait again , on that magic expirience

4:56 I've seen them twice when i have been meditating often. The word spectre came to mind. Both were malicious. The 2nd time was in a Methodist church in Lexington, Virginia. Bouts of insomnia or intense stress trigger sleep paralysis in me and one time the shadow things were gleefully raping me. Not fun at the time tho after reviewing it i realized i perceived it as malicious and menacing tho it was also trying to teach me to not identify with my body so much....not be so defensive and afraid because nothing can really hurt us, spiritually, if we maintain our mindfulness/presence. ❤

How strange...I have the same feeling as well. Like I'm going to have a heart attack. It's so frightening that it always makes me jump ship lol. Except one time, when I forced myself to stick with it, despite my terror, I was rewarded with my first (and only, so far) OBE. The fact we both experience this symptom cannot be a coincidence. I wonder what the cause is? I have so many questions but no satisfying answers. Not even from the, so called, experts. Most of them are completely full of shit

Omg so I've been lucid dreaming for years. So I've made my own place it's My own world. I go there basically and I call it the "grownding spot" this is where I start. After that I go to a place I call "the flow". There I can do different things, go to past memories or I make my own story in the flow. Because I've been doing it so long I worked out I could find pathways leading me up in to space I found different things and places. I've spoken to people in my dreams. Why I'm reaching out is I've stayed in the spot I made or the flow for A while. Recently I've been dragged to my room where i could see myself sleep by a woman that for years has been in the background following me. Another time i was in my room and I experienced walking down my partners road and seeing all these entities with long body's with gray skin and red eyes not glowing but clear as day. I didn't realise until watching this video i was having astral projection experiences. It scared me as I thought I was lucid dreaming and felt like I lost control of the dream. Another time I was dreaming I was in the flow but this time I was dragged by the woman into my room again where i could see myself sleeping. I always think I was in the dream realms but and was looking up for other people to now find out people are experiencing the same thing but astral plan now I want to contact people as things are getting dark this is not normal for me and I don't understand whats happening

I am 49, bhad sleep issues since childhood that continued on into adulthood, night terrors, sp, 'shadow' beings, weird states like a merger of ap & dreaming. Been having sp since more or less adolescence/early teen, just cannot move then progressed in my 40s to seeing the shadow-entities, not humanoid but more like rotund monkey-sized creatures flying around my head, through & around my pillow then proceeded fro there to rape me while i lay there in shock & a detached yet could sense terror from part of me. Could it be this is recreation of childhood trauma we emphatically buried because it violated/s our sense of natural limits, believing family is capable of doing (they say they love us, afterall)?🤷 regardless, i have found facing them with equanimity (i am unimpressed, let alone afraid of you...*this* is your 'a-game'??😄) dispells them. Haven't had them in a minute but next time they/it comes, i will remember to 'interrogate' it, get to know it rather than repulse(d by) it. Whatever it is, it gives the impression dont wanting to scare, terrify, taunt & intimidate. Seems to be a ploy with which they can control/remain near/feed on us - whether 'an inorganic (non-corporeal) being' or a fragment of our shadow (Carl Jung) that is demanding to be dealt with & resolved....i think getting to know more about what makes that bully tick gives us the highest freedom from them - not rooted in fear but transcending the whole thing ... 'there's better ways of getting attention than being a bully but my that you have in, tell me...who hurt you?' ❤️👋

No I haven't, but I've had some pretty insane lucid dreams & have also experienced mystical states on psychedelics that are similar to what people describe in astral projections. Hopefully one day I can verify it for myself hahaha

While some stories of astral projection, remote viewing and precognition are quite compelling, it is difficult to find explanations for these things grounded in science. It's quite possible this is due to a fundamental limitation of science, and not indicative of a limitation in human experience. If there is a non-physical component to the human experience, science won't be able to measure what's happening independant of the human mind. As well, science can not confirm the mechanisms behind events that only happen once. While many people experience these things, what they're experiencing may be individual events, that will never occur again. Personally, I think that 99% of the time, these stories are nothing, but I've had experiences of precognition before, as well as people in my family experiencing the same. Deja vu can generally be explained away as an error in the brains cognition of sequence, but I can't explain away describing a dream, and then months later, living through the scenario exactly

Yeah I'm also of the opinion that science is too limited in scope to properly assess non-material matters such as mystical states of consciousness & astral projection. One day in the future I feel that science will go meta and will be able to more accurately understand phenomena like this.

If you have been born after 90's you have a bit of problem here. Your souls have a total different path. I mean no disrespect to you but you're something else. I don't tell you where you come from because that will upset you even more.
