Your setting was terrible for a dose like that. Need to be home in a quiet setting , good lighting and music without tripping with new trippers who are deoending on you (with experience) to help them through their trip.

If you worry too much about the forgetfulness then you are stressing yourself out. Stop worrying. Seriously. Ket doesn't cold turkey a person like other drugs do.... I've had issues with some substances.... my biggest pain was how the perception of others harm our our mental and physical wellbeing. Drugs that have a physical dependence like tabacco, alchol are a bigger issue. Either way man refocuss and talk to the right people.... see it for what it is...... love cures everything I was and still am a lonely ass bastard.... as soon as I socialize with people the need dropped away.... spend money on betger things... share cade... reach out to people.... there are others that are more miserable...

I used to have VERY VERY severe insomnia to where I'd regularly get to the stage where your brain starts dreaming while you're awake. The DPH stories I hear sound 100% identical to what I experienced in that state. The shadow people in peripheral vision, seeing spiders, hearing people talking, hallucinating conversations with family members, etc.

Don’t think there is anything wrong with a teenager taking a psychedelic, but they’re really not beneficial when you’re young, or atleast they weren’t for me who struggled to let go and would frequently fight the effects leading to bad times. As an adult now they not only allow me to totally relax, but reflect inward with a smile. When I take psychedelics now I no longer throw on a trippy movie / play a video game while enjoying the confusion. Instead I immediately throw on headphones an crawl under a blanket and proceed to be with myself and music. If I’m feeling extra ballsy sometimes I make my way outside and will smoke a bowl , which always throws me so deep that it’s such a fragile state of mind, one where I feel inches away from death but more alive than ever at the same time. Almost always gets me into realizing that my thoughts control my reality far more than I wanna admit and just how god awful your own thoughts can make you feel, which usually leads me into realizing if I can make myself feel bad then I can make myself feel good. If you wanna take psychedelics take them in the dark, alone. Preferably in a home with others, even your parents. Keep your doses low, you aren’t trying to break your brain and see how far the rabbit hole goes. If you’re using mushrooms try a gram or two first before jumping into a 3.5g dose. If you’re using RCs do your research and never touch nbomes. I don’t care that they can be dosed safely, anything deadly in single milligrams are POISON. Not all of them are bad though, I prefer 25mg of 4aco-dmt to 3.5g of mushies. Just be safe, dose low and start slow. It’s not a competition. More is not “more fun”. Some are incredibly dangerous and deadly so learn about test kits. Also stay away from disassociates until you’re 25. Those can be very addictive and while they’re therapeutic for PTSD and end of life grief, they’re not going to help a 16 year old who wants to find enlightenment. Also the first few times I smoked weed as a teenager felt incredibly psychedelic. Strobing vision, perceptual issues, even closed eye visuals. It was very intense and something that I believe only happens the first few times someone smokes cannabis. If you find that feeling too intense and uncomfortable as a teenager then definitely stay away from psychedelics until you’re older. Your ability to control and regulate your emotions are much better and well tuned as an adult. Taking this stuff without being prepared, can seriously be traumatic.

WARNING!!!!!! MindBloom ketamine is NOT "normal" ketamine. Ive been around k for decades. Ive seen, alot. But NOTHING like seeing my extremely experienced buddy do the MindBloom K. He sniffed it, was totally slurring in seconds, talked the whole time, and said things i cannot even mention here. He didnt remember any of it. There's also a STRONG possibility that if i wasnt there, he wouldn't be with us anymore.

Had 350ug for my first trip. Didn’t have any ego dissolution but the visuals were mental. Reality looked like it was made of melting balls of ice cream and the colours were impossibly vivid. My peak was quite overwhelming but managed to not freak out. It was just uncomfortable.
