Ok… I have to say it. I am really enjoying the videos you have been making lately. It’s so fresh and fun. It’s easy going and not so bogged down. I enjoy watching videos when I can tell the people making them are enjoying making them. I may get hate for this but I feel like for a while the disunplugged content leaned for an older crowd like for boomers and older gen x. (And there is nothing wrong with that) but recently I have felt like this content is appealing to me, an almost 30 year old. Don’t know if y’all will read this but as a long time watcher and honest fan, I’m so happy with the change in vibe that the new disunlimited has brought. Also as a side note, I LOVE the energy that Hannah has brought to the team. The three of you vibe soooo well. Ok long post over.

Lol I like how Ryno and Craig have switched personalities over the last few months. Craig is happy and ready to explore the world with his son... Ryno is the grumpy goose now 😂

I'd love these kinds of videos for all the hotels. Any additional panel convo outside the weekly podcast is welcomed. I stayed at FQ for the first time in Jan 2024. I liked it due to the size. I like a smaller resort but I don't know if it was worth the extra money over Pop Century.
@amydoran99875 ай бұрын
I’ve never stayed at port orleans. I’ve always wanted to try it. After staying at the Art of animation suites once, and pop century, My only concern would be having to use only the buses to go to all the parks .My family and I always stay at the wilderness lodge hotel. The boat can be used to go to the magic kingdom. I have been a huge fan of the new videos lately.

Nice to see you branch out into a hotel review and I enjoyed that you covered the entire resort. I liked having the room tour and hotel specific merchandise in one video. I have no problems with a longer review.
@jenniferrundle68705 ай бұрын
You HAVE to visit, but if I was gonna do a moderate I'd be "inside" the tighter bubble like Caribbean Beach. If I'm just doing Disney Springs stuff I'll rent cheap points for Saratoga Springs, but for park going I don't want my only transportation to be a bus.

Port Orleans Riverside is my favorite moderate resort. It was my 1st moderate, and love love that is very relaxing resort. Love that after the parks the music in the bussed along with crickets and then stepping off the bus and hear real crickets it’s so comforting.

Plantation-style buildings & Antebellum South theme isnt my vibe, so Riverside isnt a resort I’d choose to stay in. However, its a great resort hop day, to have a nice walk, grab some beignets at French Quarter, or maybe dinner at Boatwrights.
@karenpetersen42935 ай бұрын
Yeah, I'm surprised that whole theme with the lavish mansions surrounded by "rustic" buildings in the back hasn't been more widely noticed and promptly abolished.

My wife and I stayed at French Quarter for our Late Honeymoon. LOVED IT!!!!! My wife noted that, had we not had tickets to the parks, she would have been perfectly happy spending the week at the hotel. My one regret is that we didn't use the ferry on the Mighty Sassagoula as often as we should have; I love boats and found the ride to be beautiful and relaxing.

This is "our" resort and it was nice to see the room video. One thing lacking is a sofa. That is the one thing I appreciate about other hotels when we travel. As for the property, "calm" is a very good word. A place of respite after the sensory-intensive parks.

My best friend and I stayed here in 2019 and we loved it! The price has gone up like $100 a night since then, but I'd still stay there again. Love the boat to Disney Springs!

This was also my first Disney resort, so I think I'll always love it for that. But the ability to pool hop with Riverside and the boat to Disney Springs make it a great option for a moderate hotel on trips where you'll be spending time at the resort and not in the parks.

Guys, I love you, but I can't do 68 minutes on 4 reasons to stay at POFQ. An hour is an investment for the weekly news show. POFQ is 15 minutes. 20 tops. Edit.
