“I think you’re absolutely out of your mind if you eat at Rainforest Cafe when this place is an option.” is 100% the most accurate review of Tiffins you could ever get. I took my girlfriend here for our 5 year. The artwork, the storytelling, the amazing duo of venison with a smoky leek ash garnish that I had...it’s worth the splurge!

I ate there a couple nights after it opened and had the same meal Pete did. It was excellent! Probably some of the best food I've ever had on Disney property - and perhaps anywhere.

Do the math before you book an ADR at tiffins. I saved about $40 by booking the dining package for the JungleBook Show. give your passes for preferred seating to another family if you don't care about the show and enjoy the discount.

I wish places would stop calling beef "wagyu". Wagyu beef is the Japanese Kobe. What you're most likely getting is American Kobe (which is still very good but not the same in quality).

It's technically only Kobe if it comes from Japan. It's like saying "sparkling wine" instead of "champagne." Calling it wagyu is correct and people are becoming less forgiving of calling something kobe beef when it's another type of wagyu.

Wagyu is a breed of steer originating from Japan but raised all over the world now. It is known for it's incredible marbling. If you get Wagyu beef raised in the Kobe prefecture of Japan under the Kobe beef method then it is called" Kobe beef". If the Wagyu is raised in other parts of the world under the same process they use in Japan (daily massage and rations of alcohol) it can be labeled "Kobe Style" or "American Kobe"beef. If the Wagyu steer is raised without the Kobe process then it is labeled simply "Wagyu Beef" The beef that Tiffins serves is Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms in Idaho which is a highly respected producer of American/Japanese beef.

wagyu is a Japanese breed and Kobe beef is a type of wagyu from Kobe japan not hard to Google that for correct info.
