Same reason as to why you'd get any other IEM, different tuning. Single DD doesn't mean that a $7 KZ and a softears twilight would sound the same.

@ Tuning. Exactly. I have an IEM with a decent single dd, so I can TUNE it, using EQ, and get damn near close of the EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLAR single dd IEM. Maybe my results will be even better for me, since I will be making to my own tastes. It is just impossible to justify this mate.

For iem, price I m paying 99% is for the sound. Premium accessories, titanium shell, storage case like a tank... Will only say : good effort. BTW, will the glow in the dark eartip give you ear cancer? 😂

Driver count has no bearing on the price of an IEM. Drivers are quite inexpensive as is. The true cost of a product is primarily dictated by other factors. Just my 2 cents.

When a company does this, it becomes worse than KZ, as far as I'm concerned.

Well, Titanium is more corrosion resistant compared to Aluminium, and also has a nicer look when finished properly. It's a engineering marvel to me, as machining intricate, small objects with titanium is far harder and more impressive. Then again, perhaps the process doesn't matter to most poeple, but you're looking at a near flagship product, so you're probably not the target audience either
