Make sure you brush your teeth if you drink lemon or anything acidic these will wear the enamel off your teeth overtime. Brushing your teeth helps with your hunger too because people usually don't like mixing toothpaste taste with food. Thx for these tips

You mean before you consume lemon, right? Brushing right after destroys your enamel. Rinse with something alkalizing after consuming, like coconut oil with mineral salt or baking soda. A little of birch xylitol sugar helps too.

I was interested in her diet , funny thing , it’s exact my diet happens to be. I am vegan before 6pm I am having vegan soups , green salads, snacks , fruit , nuts, and then at 7pm I have a nice peace of meat with salad or steamed veggies , it’s like ones a day I can eat what ever I want , I just finish my steak taco

I disagree about French bread, it's good, but the best bread is from Germany.

If you can get it from small bakeries. When had two bakers in our neighborhood - I was so spoiled when it came to bread, breakfast rolls, and even sweet stuff (a rare treat) - but they retired, and we were left mostly with chain bakeries. The rolls from there are like Styrofoam by evening of that day... and the bread is... well. Here in the states, I'm baking my own bread. ;-)
