you should try him, he's really good at mid, if you're facing a heavy poke champ just wait for an opening since all you need is 1 second to clear the wave, then you can roam as you do in jungle, and you don't really need think too much on which form to take since both works well with the runes preset, just go with whichever form filled first

not really, it'll only worth if you can do a long trade against them, even as a jungler i rarely buy it, since what's matter is being able to hit them constantly and eventually kill them, you can achieve the form in 2-3 mins even without that item

I lost the match with blue form Kayn but, I literally did skill 2 and the enemy adc Ez and sera got obliterated with 10% hp remaining. He’s broken asf ngl top tier in this meta. Xin Zhao is one of my fav junglers too.

you can, but for that you need to be closer to the enemies most of the time, if not you'll be put at disadvantage, and you'll be losing damage from long sword to trade
