Are you staying busy is work good in your area?

Just pulled the trigger on a wacker SM100, comparable to other similarly sized stand-ons but was a good deal cheaper in my area. Between that and my E20, should be able to handle most residential projects, albeit a bit slower. Machines seem to hold their value pretty well even used, was tough to justify a full size skid steer for now...

Man that’s great just keep on digging and you’ll do good I think wacker makes so solid equipment the nearest dealer to me is about 2:30 hours away. Let me know how the machine does. Thank you so much for watching.

@@triaddirtworksllc.9444 We had a great Thanksgiving and the weather has been gorgeous. I keep waiting for winter to come roaring in but we've been lucky so far. Might be a blessing tho with heating prices going up = )

Nice machine, as ive mentioned before, I have a Bobcat MT100.. love the machine but its tough to see the cutting edge for grading. Im considering adding a small ASV skidsteer, the 25 or the 40. I know you love your Terex, which to my knowledge is basically the same machine? Im particularly interested in grading ability, as well as the additional lift height for loading taller trailers. I would be keeping the bobcat as well. Any thoughts?
@triaddirtworksllc.9444 Жыл бұрын
Yes sir adding another machine is the way to go. It takes pressure off your other machine the little Terex is still my favorite if I was to buy one tomorrow it would be a Ascro 40 you lose a little ground speed but it makes a little more power I think that one has a turbo and the foot print is the same as the 25. I don’t think you’ll go wrong. But I’m thinking about adding a 1550 ditch witch we really like this 800.

@@triaddirtworksllc.9444 Thanks for the information. I also consdered both a DW1050 and a 1550, but my closest dealer is 100 miles away, and honestly they seemed uninterested in selling me a machine. My local Bandit dealer is also an ASV dealer, so thats a big help being 30 minutes down the road. The price on these machines just continues to skyrocket.. I was quoted 55 for the ASV RT40 with open ROPS/no cab. Hell the DW 1550 is north of 60k now. But i dont see it going down anytime soon so gotta pay the price if you want the machine lol.

Man that is a lot for that size machine. A friend of mine just made a deal on a bobcat with tracks not sure what size it was $93500.00 that’s a lot of money. That’s more than I paid for my house and 8 acres. Where are you located.

I’m considering renting a machine like this how capable is it of removing grass Does it have the power to scrape away grass
@triaddirtworksllc.94442 жыл бұрын
Yes you might want get a tooth bucket or a ripping tool. If you rent a 1550 much more power than the 800 like we have. I think it would do you a good job. Thank you for watching.
