Julie, I’m so sorry to hear about your health scare, it’s always a terrible thing but especially around this time of year. It’s great to see that you are doing well though. You are super! The charity initiative is so sweet. Here in Ireland I took part in CarePack which is a similar idea but you get appointed an elderly person in a care home and you send them a little care pack for Christmas. Myself and my partner did one each and I truly hope they love it and it brings them joy. I hope you and your family enjoy Center Parks. The Giving Tree ❤ such a wonderful idea. Sometimes I feel guilty about the excess of Xmas of me/family get, who already have enough! I try and do The Hygiene Bank throughout the year too - yellow boxes in Boots. And obvs the food banks. Take Care

It's always scary when you've got to go into hospital, into A&E etc etc, especially on the leadup to Christmas, where all that's really on your mind is obviously; good or bad, will I be spending time with everyone and so on.
