Spongey mat shoes do exist! The brand is called 'JOYA' a Swiss company. They are around £180 a pair but they last for years . I can't wear anything else, it's like having your feet wrapped in pillows with inbuilt memory foam shock absorbers . I highly recommend them.

Our family always talk to the animals. Our eldest son says mom I know they understand. I say Yes, just listen to them, they talk to each other, every species that has been created. They have their own language just like humans in each country all over the world. My niece who is now in her 50's, when she was in school, 3 days out of the month she stayed in her bedroom with the lights out curtains closed and room dark did not come out, of course my oldest sister, her mother always checked on her to see if she needed anything, besides Tylenol/Advil/some soup/and hot water bottle. It was bad for her until she had children.
