And we use this system for Bible memory! It’s such a great way to learn and retain. And they have simple verses in the printable pack. Or if you order the kit.

Lithos kids is doing their Easter sale right now. The little pilgrims set is not a devotional, but still thought I’d mention as my kids will listen to the chapters for hours if they could. And they love just looking at the books also

My kids are 4 & 2.5, and they love the Our Daily Bread for Preschoolers: 90 big moments with God devotional. We read it every day at breakfast & it’s short enough to keep their attention, asks them a question, has a verse, and ends in a prayer they can repeat!

Some children’s devotion books we like are: Marty Machowski‘s The Ology, Sally Lloyd Jones’ The Jesus Storybook Bible. Beautiful and short stories to keep their attention.

Hungry root doesn’t provide enough for a family of 7. They only go up to 4 people. At the end the amount for four people was still more, than what I pay for seven people at Walmart.

Kids need to go to school to socialize
@simply-allie7 ай бұрын
Love this… I was homeschooled. Turned out just fine. Plenty of friends. Plenty of opportunities to socialize. Once i graduated, I moved across the country to go to college and live on campus. Tested out of a whole year of prerequisite classes beforehand too 🤭 Graduated college, even 😉Contrary to popular belief, homeschooled kids aren’t isolated at home 24/7. In fact, I think I had a wide range of social skills because I wasn’t around 20+ kids my age the majority of the time. I was around younger kids and adults too. Before recently deciding to focus on my role as mom, I ran a 6 figure business I created from scratch. So… yeah, yikes, apparently homeschooling really set me back.
