Weird that people are passing negative comments about young girls helping with this lady's chores ….they definitely go to school ...if the lady making the videos can speak English words ...it implies an Educated Lady ...right ….stop being so judgemental folks from India … plus I learnt cooking in school in my 8th and 9th grade but I started cooking when I was 11 and a half when my mom had to rush to her native place due to some tragedy in her family ….again it is Interest in cooking and wanting to help their aunt that is making the girls help out in the kitchen ...look at the scale and amount of food cooked ...Anishka definitely needs help to finish in time ….. and most importantly learning to cook at a very young age ...did not stop me from becoming a Lecturer in economics ….So Take a Chill Pill folks :/

To make fried flat breads known as Puris ...you need to take whole wheat flour and knead it with caraway seeds and salt(according to taste) make small portions of the dough and roll it out like they have in the video ….then heat the cooking oil you use ….and fry the puris one by one ….as you have seen press the puris lightly to get them to puff up fully ...it is a simple way to make fried flat bread and this bread stays edible for upto 3 days ...when we used to travel long distance by train during my childhood ….fried puris used to be packed for breakfast to be had with jam or chutney ….Hope this helps Craig 🙏

@@craigbrown714 Hey No Issues ….no big deal actually :) ...yes Indian flat breads do not use yeast ….only water or sometimes milk to knead the dough ….there is zero time lost between kneading the dough and making the flat bread ….Batoora which is made with refined flour or maida as it is known in India does use sour curd to add fermentation to the dough ...it is deep fried and is quite large in size and totally puffed ….naan too uses some amount of yeast/sour curd/baking soda etc depending on which part of India one is from …. one rice based flat-ish bread from the South Indian state of Kerala uses yeast to ferment the rice and coconut paste, hoppers are more like a steamed savoury pan cake without eggs or sugar ….
