BRAIDING HAIR USED IN THIS VIDEO:
3 packs expressions PRE-STRETCHED 2T/1B/530
I used DESIGN ESSENTIALS foam wrap and 1 black wrap to shine up the braids and to reduce fly aways; (dryer time 5 minutes WARM/COOL)
I used SPRITZ on the edges after she came from under the dryer and DESIGN ESSENTIALS OIL SHEEN SPRAY.

I'd say that your hair needed to be dipped in boiling water. In my experience, braids are usually stiff until you do this step.

Wear a hand brace, Use a stress ball routinely. Can squeeze while watching T.V. Oh, and iron in your diet. I went through the same thing and had to cut back. My fingers you to lock.
