today i am sharing methi chakri puri recipe … it is very tasty and cruchy everybody loves it … and you can enjoy for long time when you go out for vacation you can carry with you and remains good for long time so friends try out this tasty puri at home and give feedback here are methi puri ingredients:
Methi chakli puri
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp hing
100 gram fenugreek
1cup wheat flour
1 tbsp besan
1 tbsp bajri flour
salt
1/4 tsp hing
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sasome seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp carom
1/4 cup water
oil to grease
oil for frying
