Hello friends
today i am sharing gudpapdi bhakhri and panipuri bhakhri ,here i have prepared like market style in market there are many flavours are available of dry bhakhri so here i have prepared unique flavoured bhakhri which are very healthy and tasty so one is gudpapdi sweet bhakhri and other id spicy and chatpati panipuri bhakhri ...these dry and crispy bhakhri remains fresh and crispy for long time near 15 days so you can carry with you ..and can give children in lunchbox so here i have shared all tips to prepare market style bhakhri at home so follow carfully these all tips and prepare bhakhri at home here are all ingrediets:
Gud papdi bhakhri:
1 cup wheat flour
4 tbsp oil
2 tsp seasome seeds
1/4 cup jaggery +2 tbsp water
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp water( or as required)
ghee
Panipuri Bhakhri:
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp ravo
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp ginger chilly paste
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
10 mint leaves
2 tbsp green coriander
1 tsp panipuri masalo
1/4 tsp salt( or as required)
1/4 cup water
oil ( to roast)
