Diversifying the dairy farm - Verdures Dorey, QC

Audrey and Dominic run a dairy and mixed grain farm in rural Quebec. In 2021, they took on a new adventure by adding a Growcer modular farm to grow healthy produce 365 days a year.
Their produce - freshly harvested spinach, kale, lettuce, bok choy, and arugula - travels only 35 kilometres to reach store shelves and even less to reach their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscribers.
Because their local business exists, it’s easier for customers to bring home fresher (and tastier!) produce and support local farmers year-round.
