There is room for all of us to have what we want! You and I will have our surgeon's, pilots, truckers etc appointed on merit. The woke can have their appointed according To DEI. Why are there no child pilots -discrimination obviously! Appoint more pilots under the age of 10! They cs fly the woke sroind! Why are thete no blind surgeons? again discrimination! The blind surgeons can operate on the woke! Why are there no epileptic truckers - discrimination! The woke can share the roads with the epileptic truckers! Make the woke pay the price of their philosphy!

Such an absurd idea DEI "research" falls into two categories. A theory in search of data , (in which the only data looked at is what supports the theory), or outright racism (the idea that diversity is only achieved by appearance). It's like choosing a swim team by how people 'look' in swimwear rather than how well they swim. Work ethic, achievement and merit are the only valid measures of employee value. Everything else you choose to judge them over is just a form of (illegal) discrimination.
