The difference between gatta and gatte is just singular and plural. like in English, people tend to add an S after words to make it plural, like house and houses, trip and trips, similarly, when the E replaces A in the end of a word, it mostly means that it's plural

Gram powder + wheat flour (a little in quantity) + water = make it a doe.. Now make long strips of the doe and put it in warm water for boiling it... And now after boiling, cut the strips into small pieces... And on the other hand, prepare a gravy of the mixture of spices.. and mix the small pieces into the gravy and the besan gutta is ready to serve... besan = gram powder The small cut pieces of the boiled strips of the doe is called gutta.. and as it is made up of besan (gram powder), they call it besan gutta...

That food looked so delicious, of course almost everything you guys try looks really tasty. Tah, the other day I ate at a wonderful restaurant called Bangkok Thai. It is owned by a family from Thailand and they are so friendly. When I went in, I put my hands together and bowed my head to the older lady that was helping me and I said, "Sawadee, krup" She lit up with a smile and next thing I knew everyone in the kitchen came out to say hi and the grandmother asked if I had ever tried Tom Kah Goong. I told her I had tried other soups but not coconut shrimp. So, I ordered it and they brought me this HUGE bowl of it and it was mouth-watering delicious. Since I could not finish it all, there was so much and so many shrimp in it, I took it home. The next day for my dinner I made rice and poured the rest of the Tom Kah Goong on my bowl of rice. Man, best thing I have ever eaten. Last night I went back to get some more. I told the grandmother that made the soup that I had made rice and put the rest in with the rice. She smiled and said, "ah yes, now you eat like Thai people." I brought the rest home again, and it is dinner with rice later. If anyone reading this has not tried Tom Kah Goong, you don't know what you are missing, especially if it is made by a dear elderly Thai grandmother that puts just the perfect amount of heat in it to not over power all the other flavors. Just don't forget your manners and say, "kapoon" before you leave.

Hello guys, my first comment on your channel. Have been watching both of you since a long time. Another cute video. Now for some general knowledge, Besan Gutta is a typical Rajasthani dish. The Gutta is made up of ground lentils with some spices which is steamed/boiled into small cubes and is further dipped into the gravy 😁. India being so diverse, we have close to a million variety of vegetarian dishes. Enjoy your time and JAI Bhole Ki !! 😂
