Man, the diversity and the spectrum of cuisines in India is crazy. Every State has its own unique cuisine, with 29 States making up India, that's like 29 different styles of cuisines within the same Country. It's like a limitless novelty no matter which City or State you travel to.

Just returned from India, and I visited Lassiwala in Japiur as well. Everything you said about their lassi is absolutely spot on - it was so good I went back a total of three times. Best streetside drink on a hot day in India. Cheers!

The pot of creamy gravy works the magic, really, potato is the best, however cooked ! The Afghani rotis in the tandoori look softer and puffier, and flavorful ginger lassi to enjoy after ! !

Lassi is basically made by mixing curd and milk in ratio 1:3 and adding sugar. Once it's mixed well, top it off with some cream. You can also add chopped mango in the mixing process to make mango lassi
