This is so EPIC! To answer your Q, my fave (which is hard to pick just one) was the jump anchor with a static header.. Brilliant!! The only thing I would suggest is if there is a way to somehow dynamically set it to sync with whatever CSS has been set to for the header itself, so the admin/author doesn't have to know it and set it manually (e.g. 600px). Still, killer thinking!! I love that you hit every little detail. Worth every penny!
