Amazed that only 1.5K have watched this video (at time of comment)... I guess that Dividends aren't sexy, but they are a fantastic way to build wealth or have an income stream...

simple reason, "People are stupid." the vast majority want quick riches. Dividends are not sexy. Lee's videos on "making money" are more popular than "personal finances" (discipline).

I don't see how dividends build fantastic wealth. I worked out that after ten years the average wage earner putting about $100 per week into shares would only be earning about $40 per week, with a total dividend amount of about $8000 or $9000 at the end of the ten-year period. That's not wealth and nor is it a substantial income stream.
