This recipe looks good but I'm not going to use it. The recipe calls for 6 eggs but clearly you're using only 5 in the video, and what is draining oil? It's new to me.

It’s butter. I tried googling “what is draining oil” it pulled changing the oil in a vehicle. So I went back to the video and in the upper left corner it says “butter”. Now I have to figure out what Vanillan is. Or however it’s spelled.

@SassySmchill I know that one 😉 It's a powder, vanillin you can find it in Asian and German stores. Probably Amazon too. It's a little different than vanilla, but I'm sure you can vanilla instead. I just don't know about the eggs.
