Ty Crystal, this helped me understand myself and my world better. I live in a world, surrounded, with ppl who love conditionally. I've always loved unconditionally. It has caused me so much pain. I've tried to move away from it, but I can't move away from who I am. No matter what. I know unconditional love is good and beautiful. I'm just tired. Tired of being the only one, I see. No matter how other's treat me. How conditional love is control. I can't just let go, or give up. Even if they aren't in my life anymore. It's easy to move on, but not let go. If I genuinely believed, I was the only one like this, like me, I wouldn't be here. I know there are other's who are bound to unconditional love as I am. I will learn to embrace this about myself. Now that it has been put into such clear words. I will accept myself and in turn learn. How to accept unconditional love for myself. We are all constantly and continuously, equally, given unconditional love. Even those who cry and complain they don't have/get enough. I don't wait on them to accept a seat at the table, I eat. I don't owe them bc they are a squeaky wheel. I can't and don't have to teach them. They sit and complain bc it is their chosen path. They will eat when they are ready. I don't prepare the way. The way is constantly, continuously, and equally given to us all. If help is not visible, it is because they will not allow it to be so. Thankyou Crystal for your reassurance again - it's not only a long road its a slow one too! So it depends when you joined the path as to what you see and notice - as with anyone. So good to receive this understanding and so be able to get out of survival mode. I feel a bit like someone coming off a battle field - dazed but releived that part is over - I know about the icing on the cake stuff its never been my priority before - and tbh it is not yet.
