Thanks 🙏..it is completely resonating. I have been sexually abused as a child. I felt powerless. My shakti /df energy felt so unsafe to come out. I wanted to survive and save myself from bad people. I was traumatised by fear. But now ..god has asked me to release. He has asked me something once again...maybe 4th 5th time...he wants me to trust him again...as i didnt do it in my childhood. I hope God wins this time..in me. ❤ thank you sister...for doing this. 🙏God wants me to feel safe in my creative energy and give up on my survival modes and fears.

So powerful! This is exactly what I've been feeling throughout this whole week. The ancestral feminine survival fears came up for me, too. How they were not able to survive without a man and how those men often abused them and didn't appreciate them at their true level because of that. Their self worth as women has been below 0 level and I've inherited a lot of that. And my sexual abuse from the past came up emotionally, even though I've already done a lot of work of healing and letting go. I am so proud of myself and of all of us, Divine Feminines, who are doing this deep and heavy healing work, for ourselves and for all of our sacred feminine ancestors. Wow yes, so much going on atm. Speaking of Avalon, a couple of weeks ago I had a dream with the lady of the lake bringing up/resurrecting Excalibur, I really didn't have much awareness of these characters and energies, but they way she came through was so powerful I started researching all about it and it was very significant. Now it feels it was in preparation for what is happening... I can feel it so deeply, it's such a huge shift taking DF to a whole new level I'm amazed and yes, also a bit afraid. Just this morning I acknowledged that to my self "I feel scared and unsafe right now and don't know why so must be energetic". Your support is huuge and greatly appreciated 💜🙏 other things supportive atm for me are definitely yoga and meditation, coupled with moments of crazy, uncensored dancing to my favourite music haha yesterday I was guided to do your core soul wound meditation actually and it unraveled a whole new layer so I recommend it to everyone going through this. Funny enough the focus on my yoga practice is also on strenghtening the core haha all is connected. Blessings to all💞

For some days now I was getting triggered by my little brother’s and I realized even though they were in the wrong I should not speak in a way to escalate the situation to a different level I’m a female and I should have been soft and spoke in a less aggressive way I was really getting hurt by how they reacted even though I did nothing wrong to deserve that But I realized this is Gods way for me to learn again
