Was like spiritual first aid I humbly thank you ❤️ I'm becoming a clearer channel after doing mega shadow work and was surprised to find myself literally feeling myself transmuting energy through my chakras last night whilst with a friend . I felt it first my heart chakra and then it moved downwards and I grounded it into mother earth for transmutation . My mistake was then trying to explain to her what had just happened and she couldn't receive that . She was still stuck in the low vibration ...I was trying to tell her it's okay my body just absorbed the energy and dealt with it , but for whatever reason she couldn't hear ithat . I healed her but instead of just letting it go she kept repeating the 'story' and blocked herself from moving up in vibration . It was frustrating for me on 2 account s. 1 for not been "seen " or "heard " and 2 that she hadn't shifted her mindset so I felt I hadn't helped . I left feeling really drained and disappointed . So next time I experience my energetic system doing this I will just allow it . Then silently boost my own energy system through inner techniques of healing . And not try to share with people unless I feel they are in a high enough vibration to receive i my words . I found a nrew technique which helped me today . It's a quick meditation to go into your heart centre and feel the love there , and consciously expand it throughout my own body and chakra energy system and for Myself 🙏to replenish my chakras ...they just had an intense workout ! This is new territory for me as a light worker . I realiseded that if I empathically absorb energy from a person / situation I have to replenish my own energy immediately . Before engaging with the person . I felt so drained today my lower back went and I felt sick .
