I can't explain all of the things that have happened in just 3 weeks that align with what you're saying. Even down to a black and orange butterfly that landed on me a week and a half ago and stayed on me for 5 mins. Even tho I was helping my cousin with his landscaping business shaking wheat straw around. It just stayed in me like a piece of armor. It was truly an awakening moment considering the significance of butterfly's in ancient times. But next to these things, we are all free to live our life's the way we want to!! It is not about having a healthy lifestyle, indeed you feel better when you are fit! And it is always good to use both sites of your body and brains 😉 .. I know what I am talking about, I was very sportive trough out the years! But now I can't afford that no more. Because of the horses. But that is my own choise!! Now I walk a lot and go with bycicle.. And when Kijan is old enough we go into the Woods!! The horse must also have fun is my opinion!! But when you don't like sports, you certainley NOT have to do sports.. When you enjoy reading, go read! When you love to go out with Friends, Please do! Do you love to be at home in your own mind, like I nowadays appreciate very much!! Do that!! When you get older everything changes by itself.. I have lived, I have been partying very much with the things I liked! And that was not alcohol!! In my opinion alcohol is the most bad thing that excist. But everything where stands for "to" much , "to" many = not good. I quit smoking for the second and last time about 10 years ago. I don't drink.. So may I also have some fun once in a while...!! It makes me a better mom, when I can dance the negativity away one or two times a year... That also comes by it's own... growing older.. That you don't have "the need" anymore to go out almost every week and see Friends. Life is to hard to keep on doing that, at least in my case 😏.
