Is the game balanced so that abilities with a bounce which can hit creeps are over-strong, to compensate that sometimes the damage isn't applied to heros? Sometimes if you put your mindset as the developer, you can imagine issues they'd try to solve and where you might find an overtuned hero, item, or ability.

It looks like you played well, but also didn't have much impact. There were so many fights where the DPS and stuns contributed weren't the deciding factor. No shade, just not sure about Hoodwink

you have a major mistake for laning phase , and you forgot what is the main reason for pull creeps, you do not want to get enemy core get exp and gold so you dont need to fight for camp blocks each time , just do not let his support stack camps and pressure lina ... with cent and hoodwink with the right positioning you could rape the lane and you should focus on the trades . When jakiro in the lane never play around him he is freaking stat hero but lina doesnt , cent dagger timing more important than lina for for first 15 mins.

You're 1200 MMR, well below the average Dota mmr of around Legend. This will sound extremely harsh but you're still just learning the basics of the game. You have no insight to offer that would make you an accurate judge of a 6k immortal game.

You can blame the mmr system or the game that has been working decently enough. Or you can realize that your skill level as of now is where you are. If his early games are always terrible and he still has 5times your mmr that means he's way better than you in other aspects of the game. Don't forget he also started from like 600 mmr. Do with that information whatever you want! (Not to mention that jakiro + lina is one of the harder lanes)
