Why is Nile Wilson hard all the time?
@machigiceb77886 жыл бұрын
Nile must've gotten hard because he was so impressed of how good Tom was in gymnastics, and that beautiful abs, jesus. I would love to put ham on it 😁

Amazing insight, two athletes at the top of their game. Pleasure to watch. Nile, congrats on diving off that 10 m board. Felt your trepidation there.

What I love about this is how genuinely excited Nile is that Tom can do it! There’s no resentment no I’m better than you anyway it’s just genuine joy like look at this guy go!!!

1:51 when they do the syncho round-off back tuck you can so see the difference between diver and gymnast, the diver wants to flip as high and tall as he can where the gymnast is used to getting a bit of distance in their flips, super neat

It's so cool how you can tell in which sport each trains just by looking at pace and body position and physique and transitions and stuff. Tom absolutely nails the given move with his hands coming down in his footprints, because that's how you eliminate splash when entering water. Nile has more adaptable and fluid movement--as much control, but to a different end. Tom seems to set up quick action and precision based on filling 10m of free-fall, and Nile clearly is comfortable with meeting a surface around his height. Like watching a violinist and a pianist tackle the same song. Love these videos! The human body is an incredibly adaptable instrument.

divers take tumbling classes. Diving is gymnastics-lite, but in water, and without the possibility of ground collisions.

My favorite part was just watch you both learn from each other. You are both champions so it was fun to see top competitor skills and how they translate to another sport.
@chelseadodson42576 жыл бұрын
I love that you can see the difference in their sport through the same exercise, Tom keeps really tight and light where Nile has more power and distance in his tumbling. Which makes sense but is still cool!
