I agree with the Chatham House report on the need for an ambitious and multi-faceted Virtual-Alliance between Japan and the United Kingdom. Both island nations complement each others Strengths and weaknesses respectively. Japan and Britain should be the REAL Special Relationship...... NOT UK & US or Japan & US.

Because it's Ikebukuro that tends to be more host clubs than hostess, so the touts are looking to woo female customers, though there are a few soaplands there as well. 'I'm bringing three customers.' Places tend to be small you don't want to bring customers to a place that's already full. Some hosts have followings so a tout wants to avoid bringing a customer to a club where the particular fella is already entertaining someone else.
