Most if not all rewards in this game are for rare gold players. That's why rare golds are so cheap or discard and why you don't have many common golds in your club. EA really want us buying those provision packs so we can get 1st owner common gold cards.

On your tactics screen you can create a ‘custom tactic’ then edit it. The one you’re referring to is the default tactic. The ‘custom tactic’ can be whatever formation you like with players playing wherever you like :)
