I'm still amazed at how the 49ers front office messed up that team. They had a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, and Jim Harbaugh had them playing hard during his time there. The players also liked playing for him. However, similar to what Jerry Jones did to Jimmy Johnson, they couldn't let Harbaugh do his job.
