It's incredible how I just search for info about a module, then I see Divkid and get all excited like, "oh shit, I'm about to learn something about a ton of unrelated, useful, and incredible things ON TOP of checking out the module!🙌" 😋 You're the best man

I love 2hp stuff, got this one to arrive soon, and as usual, your video is a great help and very informative. I always learn some, thanks a bunch! peace from France..

yeah definitely.

Great effort for this video taking into account it‘s size. ;-) So, if anybody just needs a very good filter without tons of fancy options I can‘t see any reason for not buying this one. . . . . Just ordered! :-)

You did mention v/oct tracking but was not clear to me: is it possible to use this as a sine oscillator over any octave range? Thanks for another awesome and clear review!
@DivKid5 жыл бұрын
Hello, not sure I don't think it does track looking at the manual as I'm sure they'd mention it as a feature. I don't have it to hand to check I'm afraid.

That audio rate triangle wave you're using for cutoff modulation at 6:00-- is that at the same frequency of the input saw?
@precarious333music6 жыл бұрын
No, much higher frequency. You can visually see it on the scope. All the little squiggles filling the space of the saw represent a peak of the triangle wave. You always want to use a higher frequency wave to get effective frequency modulation. ;)

@@precarious333music a fav trick of mine is tuning them at harmonically pleasing intervals before assigning them to filters. Stellar results every time.
@precarious333music6 жыл бұрын
@@dustinsedlacek6765 Absolutely! I'm all about modulating with VCOs at harmonic intervals. When you hit those sweet spots you can almost hear a chord.
@DivKid6 жыл бұрын
yeah octaves and fifths tend to give nice clean results rather than more dissonant overtones.

With CVs plugged into cut off Frequency and Resonance, are the knobs acting as offsets, or as attenuators?
@woetjo69004 жыл бұрын
Offsets, the manual says: CV Input: -8V to +8V added to knob postion.

Hey! Do you know if the 2hp lpf (other module) cuts the low frequencies when the resonance is raised? Can’t find any videos or clear info on it. Thanks!

Awesome. Thanks for another 2hp walk through. But the real question, when is that Coma Reactor coming up?
@DivKid6 жыл бұрын
no immediate plans, maybe in the future though.
